Community Event for Road Sealing

Menindee Civic Hall, 10am-12.30pm

Minister Aitchison, Member for Barwon Roy Butler, local council representatives and the public invited to a ribbon cutting ceremony to signify the sealing of the Menindee to Pooncarie road.

Ragdoll Plush Workshop

Broken Hill Art Exchange, 11am-2pm

This workshop, hosted by local artist Krystle Evans, explores the creation of soft sculptural toys through reclaimed materials. Harking back to folk art dolls, participants are invited to create a rag doll or plush of their own imagination using found materials. Free for Registered Entrants Waste 2 Art.
