Ulysses Broken Hill Toy Run

From Gloria Jeans carpark at 10am

Ride around town followed by Christmas music, train ride, merry go round. Santa will also in attendance. Route includes Wolfram, Oxide, Williams, Gypsum, Eyre, Bonanza and Patton streets.

Christmas Pottery and Craft Fair

Potters Place, 407 Wyman Street, 9am-2pm

The Annual Christmas Pottery and Craft Fair is on. High quality locally crafted pottery, quilts, hand knitted baby and other garments, glass work, jewellery and more. Delicious home made chutneys, preserves, and the famous Quandong pies, cakes and other delicacies.

Wontanella Walk On Country

Copi Hollow, Menindee, 9am-12pm

Free, bookings essential. Wontanella is the Barkindji word for many waters. Stroll around the Menindee Lakes with Barb and Dave who will lead you along paths their ancestors use to walk and share with you millennia old Barkindji knowledges of bush medicine, food, animals, plants and artefacts. The walk will be done in a relaxed manner. There will be uneven surfaces along the way. Following the walk, we will share some traditional food together. Book through the River Country Tour Website.
