THE Broken Hill City Art Gallery is showcasing the artwork of young up-and-coming artists throughout the region at this year’s HSC Art Show.
Opening on Thursday night, the show features the creations of Year 12 students from Willyama and Broken Hill high schools.
Gallery and museum manager Kathy Graham said the creativity on display in this year’s show was inspiring.
“This exhibition offers a glimpse into the bright futures that await them,” she said.
Held each year, the exhibition celebrates the artistry and achievements of the students, and features a diverse range of works that highlight the importance of visual arts education.
The exhibition will run until February 2.
