Ride the Ex Penrose Park Picnic Train

Queen Elizabeth Park, 10am-1pm

Everyone is welcome to ride the train, you don’t have to be young to enjoy the ride, perhaps you rode the train out at Penrose Park, why not relive your childhood for a little while.The kiosk will be open: sausage sizzle, cup-cakes, hot and cold drinks, zooper doopers, train burgers and milkshakes are available for purchase.

Animated Film Screening: Olive Place

Broken Hill City Art Gallery Workshop, 7pm

Celebrate the launch of Olive Place: Luxury Inn, an independently made cartoon by Broken Hill animator Jarrod Prince, with a special screening at the Broken Hill City Art Gallery. After more than five years in the making, this imaginative and quirky animation is ready to shine!
